Plan for the places you want to see in daylight, but I believe Day 2 is a little more lumpy, something to bear in mind.
No doubt you will need Glycogenated muscles on leaving Forks no matter the plan. We Plan for Pasta and Rice. Meaty and Vegetarian Sauce, as well as the usual beverages for Dinner, a brew of Tea, Hot Chocolate or Perhaps.... may make sleep come easier. For Breakfast, Oatmeal, Cereal, Fruit, Sausage and the B word Bacon. and certainly coffee.
